Our part and the roofer's part. We take roof requests and send each one to an independent local roofing company. Plano TX Roof Replacement is not a roofing contractor. We don't look at, fix or replace roofs, and we don't give prices, write bids, sign contracts or touch insurance claims. If you hire someone for roof work, the deal is yours and the roofing company's alone, set by that company's terms.

What the pages offer. Our guides, cost tables, quiz and calculator are general information only. The cost figures are published ranges, and the tools give rough numbers for planning. None of it is an offer. The price to rely on is the written estimate a roofer hands you after seeing the house.

Your part. Please give accurate details, and only ask about a home you own or may arrange work on. No fake requests, no harmful code and nothing unlawful.

The site as offered. We try to keep the pages accurate and online, yet the site comes "as is." We can't promise it will always be up, free of errors or fully current. We also make no promise about a roofer's work, prices, timing, behavior or warranties.

Limits on liability. To the extent the law permits, Plano TX Roof Replacement is not responsible for losses that come from using the site, acting on its content or hiring a roofer who got your request.

Links to other sites. A few pages point to outside sites, such as City of Plano or State of Texas pages. We don't control them and can't answer for their content.

Governing law. Texas law applies to these terms.

Changes. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here.
